What CCTV Installation Includes

A camera system planned for your site, not a box of cameras.

CCTV installation is the survey, planning, cabling, mounting and configuration of security cameras and a recorder so that every important area of a property is recorded clearly, day and night, and can be viewed on a phone. XPERT BIZZ installs CCTV for offices, shops, factories, societies and homes in Ahmedabad.

How we install your CCTV system

Six steps from the first walk-through to footage on your phone.

1

Site survey

We walk the premises and mark entries, exits, cash points, parking, corridors and blind spots that need coverage.

2

Camera plan

Each position gets the right camera type, lens and night vision for its distance and lighting, shown on a simple layout.

3

Recorder and storage

We size the NVR or DVR and hard disk to the number of cameras and how many days of footage you want to keep.

4

Clean installation

Cables run through conduit or concealed routes, cameras are mounted at the right height and angle, and joints are weather-sealed outdoors.

5

Mobile viewing and testing

Live view and playback are set up on your phone, and every camera is tested for day and night picture quality.

6

Handover and AMC

You get a camera list, passwords and a short training, then periodic health checks under AMC.

Footage you can actually use when you need it.

Cameras are only useful if the picture is clear at the moment something happens. That depends on decisions made before installation.

What we check before installing

  • Face-level coverage at entries, not only wide ceiling views
  • Night vision range matched to each outdoor area
  • Backlight at glass doors and windows that can wash out faces
  • Storage sized to the number of days you want to keep
  • Power backup so recording continues during power cuts

CCTV installation checklist

Questions to answer before choosing cameras. We go through these with you during the survey.

Coverage

  • Which entries, exits and cash points must be covered
  • Indoor or outdoor, and how far each camera must see
  • Areas where privacy must be respected

Recording

  • How many days of footage you want to keep
  • Continuous or motion-based recording
  • Where the recorder will be kept safely

Access

  • Who can view live footage and playback
  • Mobile app access for owners and managers
  • Alerts for after-hours movement

After installation

  • Camera list, passwords and layout handed over
  • Periodic checks of hard disk and camera health
  • One number to call when a camera goes offline

CCTV installation questions

Answers to what businesses and families in Ahmedabad ask before installing CCTV.

It depends on the layout, not the area alone. Most offices need cameras at the main entry, reception, every exit, cash or store areas, server room and long corridors. After a site survey we mark each position on a layout so you can see exactly what is covered before installation.
IP cameras give sharper images, smarter features and run on network cable with power over Ethernet, which suits offices, factories and new installations. HD analog cameras with a DVR can be a sensible choice when existing coaxial wiring is already in place. We recommend based on your site and existing wiring.
A DVR records HD analog cameras connected by coaxial cable. An NVR records IP cameras over the network. NVR systems usually offer higher resolution and more flexible camera placement, while DVR systems can reuse older wiring.
Recording days depend on the number of cameras, their resolution, the compression used and the hard disk size. Tell us how long you need footage for, and we size the storage to match, including motion-based recording where it helps.
Yes. We set up live view and playback on your phone and laptop, with separate logins for owners and staff where needed.
Yes. Cameras with infrared or colour night vision record in low light. For outdoor areas and parking we choose cameras whose night range matches the distance they need to cover.
No. Cameras record locally on the NVR or DVR, so recording continues without internet. Only remote viewing on your phone needs an internet connection.
Yes. We install CCTV for offices, shops, showrooms, clinics, warehouses, factories, housing societies and homes across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, and provide AMC after installation.
